Delete your account & data

You are always in control of your data. This page explains how to delete your Christian Traders Network (CTN) account and the personal information associated with it, in line with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements.
Delete from inside the app
The quickest way to delete everything is in the app:
- Open CTN and go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are scheduled for permanent deletion.
Delete by email request
Prefer to ask us directly, or can't access the app? Email contact@christiantraders.network from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We may ask one or two questions to verify it is really you before we delete anything.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account and profile (including your email address and name).
- Your Mindset Journal entries.
- Your app preferences and saved content.
- Your early-access record, if you joined the launch list.
Timing
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. In most cases your data is removed much sooner. Backups are purged on our regular rotation, so a copy may persist in secure, access-controlled backups for a short additional period before it is overwritten.
What we may keep
We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it or where we have a legitimate need, for example:
- Records needed to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
- Basic logs needed to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you.
Anything we retain is kept only as long as necessary and is protected under our Privacy Policy.
